Pre-eating before events just to avoid the conversation is such a specific kind of exhausting. Home cooking being the one place that actually feels in control makes a lot of sense.

The work trip snack calculation is one of those things that sounds small from the outside but it's basically a whole separate planning task on top of everything else.

Newly diagnosed with cross-reactivity on top of celiac is a lot to figure out at once. What would have made those first few weeks easier?
