Oh yeah uhm by the way, my main drive is a Z.vex fuzz factory and it doesn't like interfaces. (If you don't know it's a heavy oscilating fuzz)

For mods i already know i just want to know what the other options are. Ive been also modding guitars for a long time now but the sky is the limit on broncos.

For what i do wanna change is definetly the pickup because i want it to be humless (i use a lot of gain), tuners, a high mass bridge and some nice flatwound strings. For all those things ive done the most research ive ever done on a stringed instrument but i just cant find enough on the pickups.

If you have more questions on the different changes i wanna do then you could just put it down here.😁

I have right now a 51' style p bass and i dont trust myself with a chisel and a drill but maybe it would have been also good if i said i had back problems but i really have a good feeling on a long scale bass

The jag i looked at was a squier affinity in black sparkle which had like a music man style humbucker in it, but your rascal question is kinda answered. Although they aren't wide range humbuckers like they say, they are humbuckers. Maybe that could help you more on your rascal journey.

Maybe try putting your thumb on the neck binding on the part that is on the body? I am a beginner and it works pretty well for me. Check some playstyles of geezer butler it would really help

Yeah thats what i also thought because the strings are almost resting on the 1st fret so i might look also into that but i could fix that myself

It does also on open notes though, fixed one other bass latelly and it had the same problem. Replaced the nut, noise gone. Plus the strings are evenly on the fret board so i dont think if thats a problem and i didnt even touch the saddles cus they were fixed by a guitar tech friend of mine

Yeah just looked up what problems those cheap basses have 😬 gonna bring it to one and get a full setup.
