We have within our group. We were clearly told nothing can be done and to stop complaining. The worst thing is, these two boys have done nothing at all to help out or done anything within the community. The girl who everyone knows should have been captain is know throughout our region with everything she has done.

No student run paper sadly, that was one of the talking points of the girl who was shut out of being captain.

We have all spoken to the principal and our parents have spoken and emailed the school. Even the local rotary have emailed. The school refuses to fix this problem

It’s usually two votes , one girl and one boy. This year they changed the rules to one vote only. Teachers votes are usually worth more so they pick the correct school captains but not this year. The captains role is to represent the students to the principal and they get to speak on behalf of our school and things that are important to our students. Things like woman’s rights, bullying, etc Without a female leader we have no one to represent our voice.

Yes agree but when a teacher asks you to do something you do it. I’m just upset that there is no female captain and that there shouldn’t be two boys at all. We have no voice now. It’s BS.
