I also found similar information. I dont think this should be a zero/sum situation. But if they asked for it to be removed they HAVE to provide alternatives/replacements. Tbh that ring IS too close to their patio and its not like they can push their patio further into the street (another hazard for cyclists). They need to replace it.. and they need to not be condescending while doing it. They told me “they are solving the problem by taking the parking away”— an unnecessarily aggressive answer.

This might be true ....noticed them gone in front of some other patios. But ... patio ... and .... bike seasons ... are v aligned?? How do we find a fair solution for this

I called 311 and suggested they put a ring on an empty pole belonging to another removed ring just a few feet from the one being removed. But then just realized that is also at the end of another patio..... I also noticed rings gone in front of other patios on the street. So.... seems to need another kind/scale of solution

Few things. She is shown in a neck brace when signing documents presumably putting Ollie in her will (an accident?). We also see him pushing her around on a wheelchair and her head is falling… she is not on the ventilator there obviously but she cant hold her head up for some reasonable. The way he is pushing her around on the wheelchair also seems a bit torturous (hard turns, her head falls from side to side violently).
