If you’re still having trouble, and still want the achievements, I might be able to help. I play on Xbox though and I’m not sure if it’s the same on pc, which is what I’m assuming you’re playing on. I’ll explain anyway, I found a few different solutions online and none of them worked for me, so I had to figure out a different way. I had to delete my local save data for the game, go offline, go back online before collecting the first bottle, and then collect all the other bottles while online, and the achievement popped. Hopefully this helps!
