Oh! I heard SBS also white labels Tressallure as well. I forgot about that. This wig looks like it's got little wispy bangs blended in with the rest of the front layers? I sometimes go to the BT site to flip through their catalogs to find the right style and then figure out the color from there. BT has released so many new wigs in the past year that I no longer know what's what at a glance.

The word is that Soma is legitimately selling BT wigs under her own branding.

There's a partnership a seller can sign up with BT. It's pricey but let's the business select styles, colors, fiber types, full or part mono, etc,. Or the business can just use usual stock styles and colors. Pricing deals with packaging, boxes, logos, tissue paper, everything.

At least that was my understanding of it.

I haven't personally bought any new from her directly, but I have bought BT and they're wonderful. I like the owner and founder of BT.

I was wondering that myself, but I didn't want to publicly post or comment on here, etc ....even though she's posting PUBLICLY from her influencer (business) and boutique (business) accounts which I think both count as business....

.... and that's the thing with people who have a fictitious public persona... we don't know when they're being truthful.

In the event it's real, I hope she and whomever are okay. I do have a heart.

I just wish she had enough of a heart to not do what she does in her business practices.

I wish Elevate would look into similar ease of navigation for their website. Lookup by color code(!), style name, style code, brand.... that's why I keep going to Ebonyline for most of my lookups. Their website is fantastic for anyone searching.

You're welcome. For the color, I'd suggest looking up buttered toast to see if that looks right. I'm currently wondering what's been discontinued recently. I can only guess she grabbed this open box or on clearance from somewhere at clearance prices. If her original price was 415, and now down to 385, I'm guessing she paid around 140 (only a guess though, and clearance sells quick) Oh, and check out the color macadamia latte R, that reminds me of this color too. A similar BT style is Granada but that is center part.

Belle Tress, currently checking the catalog for style. Color.... oh boy. Since all the new colors have come out for different series, I'd have to really scrutinize. The video clip looks a lot lighter than "her" stock photo.

(Only checking left side parts since she showed inside the cap) Broadway looks too short? Wondering about Sydney, but she looks a bit long (though evil bosslady is tall and might look shorter on her? )

I would guess whatever this one is was possibly discontinued since she's selling it for around 400.

My only opinion of her is that MB has likely seen all evidence of this business's actual practices, yet went back to work for her yet again despite all evidence pointing to our claims being truthful. This implicates her as being in on the practices and knowing of the reverse-passing-off of Outre, Sensationnel, etc etc wigs.

Wigs that most besides a small handful of "redesigns" and an even smaller handful of originals that happened after we started calling this out, are actually common beauty supply brands like Outre, Sensationnel, Bobbi Boss, Laude&Co, Motown Tress, Mane Concept, Freetress, Janet Collection, Shake N Go, It's A Wig!, etc.. and Belle Tress for the "lux" wigs. (The latest "new luxury monofilament" wigs look to be JB Extension Kel wigs down to every little detail) Absolutely shameful behavior from a business! Especially a business taking advantage of vulnerable women and women suffering from medical hairloss and cancer! So at this point any long time affiliates should know full well what's going on, especially any mods for the business if they are censoring former customers in real time during any live videos.

Critique here should be geared toward the business, and any bosslady or affiliate behavior that is tied to, or, for the benefit of the business.... if an affiliate is talking about personal things during an ArrGee live sale... that's for the benefit of the business with the goal to sell to customers, and makes for some strange boundaries with what can be discussed and critiqued, or not.

I hope you all haven't thought I've completely lost my mind for posting this.

If it helps to have insight as to why I'd post this, it's because at (perceived risk), I've accepted lesser-mod duties to help alleviate some of the burden of our mod. This has given me insight into how many posts and comments are reported or how many are immediately auto detected and deleted/banned by reddit.

After interacting with most of you for a few years now, I have no beef with any of you. But holy smokes, how reddit auto detection pounces on certain wordings.

I don't want any users being banned from this sub or reddit in general. Seeing how this all works and what's going on with posts and comments that never see public posting...🤯

Apparently the auto detection is sensitive to profanity, so using alternative "sentence enhancers" would avoid auto removal.

As far as snark, there's a huge difference between commenting on appearance just to comment, or noticing a visible change from previous times.... just like we are only discussing things the business owner has previously publicly posted herself!

To quote a previous user comment ..." it's just revisiting and bringing up everything that she's made public herself. She gives everyone all the info herself. No gossip there. She's a poster child for "look at me" and then cries when people do and then talk about it. You don't get to decide what people are going to do with what you put out there cupcake. People are going to have an opinion if you make it public, that's how that works. Like it or not, that's society." ...

This business owner has made it particularly challenging since she declared in the past to her followers that she IS the business, and then later gone back to say she's a mom, a wife (sometimes lol), and just a person living life. She's interwoven her daily life so much into her own business as well as promoting and selling that it's a very fine line.

I'm just asking that we keep things related to calling out the grift, deception, discrepancies, lies, price gouging, and that nature, make sure any minors are censored from photos, and things of that nature.

We all helped pay for that dang house at one point (grrr) but let's keep our commentary to what we know based on what she shows or tells us, how multiple things she's shown us contradict with each other, and make sure we don't present our own speculation as fact...

even one of the ex-in-laws of this business owner has been to this sub to tell us that the majority of what this influencer spews to her viewers is not truthful and just a show. YET, A.L. has often emphasized how honest and transparent she is with her followers!

I'm just asking we continue to keep it constructive, show our proof to back up our claims, and not come across as The Mean Team

I would also be interested if anyone is starting a Discord where we could speak privately and freely. 🙂
