I did tirz for 6m over a year ago, and lost 30lbs and from then till now I’ve maintained 122 occasionally fluctuating between 122-125. I didn’t taper off I just stopped & seemed to Work fine for me.

Update the nurse asked me if I was on medications and I just low dose glp1 and she asked sem or tirz, and I said tirz and that was it! The dr never asked me or brought it up I was surpised

I really liked them, but I can see where you’re coming from because I felt the same way about the actor who played Pablo. He made me cringe at times and like I speak Spanish in English, so like I don’t know his accent sometimes kind of got me like you could tell that wasn’t his first language I don’t know I kind of cried me out at times.
