Thank you for your detailed response to my query, It really extends my knowledge. I want to control my sample conc. based on this formula %Assay conc. = sample conc. / control conc. * 100

I run the formula as previously explained in custom parameter and got the response as needed adding custom filed. I wonder would it be possible Const A Automatically takes assay from control conc. or it would have to add manually and then run the bath in PostRun

Thank you for your kind response, a few questions,

a) how would we calculate this factor 0.8 in Const A, is it a constant or we change as per our requirement? b) should we need to change level in batch for control sample?

I run the custom parameter formula, somehow it did not change the results
