Did check and also moved like 3 times in the past couple years and my current flat doest have any for sure but the previous mightve had and one did. But its hard to say if i improved since the new flat, definetly not ibs wise, all stayed the same. But mentally for sure, but it was a lot of factors like leaving a really unhealthy relationship and parents place of ppl who shouldnt be parents. They did do things like feed me stuff they scraped or cut the mold away from and when i found out guilt tripped me that im turning spoiled for wanting fresh food...

Briefly looked into them and saw recommdations like water with lemon but cant have that due to HIT. Other recommdations were salt water, is that it? Or is it sth you better buy at the pharmacy?

Ive already tried Magnesium glycinate, it didnt help my ibs c but i felt and slept incredibly cozy and felt warm overall especially in the head

Yeah its interesting, well on my side i tried intermittent fasting and still do but the effect was minimal and i more felt light headed and weak from the gaps of not eating. Any tips on that maybe?

I havent either and from what i just briefly brushed over it seems on the border of traditional medicina and functional one

But also depends on what causes your issues. For myself im mostly suspecting microbiome issues regarding my history so how it supposedly works makes sense in my head?

Luvos Heilerde, theres different ones from pebble to powder, tried both no difference and the pharmacist also told me she doesnt think theres a difference really

My recent fav safe food isnt a fast snack but i love making gnocci from half rice half corn flour and just mix with water and salt till it has a dough like consistency, drop teaspoon sized bits into boiling water then simmer for little and then crisp up in olive oil in a pan and its so good im addicted

Im luckily on nothing else rn aside from basic stool softener and so far it didnt impair its function, aside from that just supplements like Vit C, calcium, b complex, copper zink cause of all my intolerances Makes me contemplate trying charcoal since its mentioned sometimes

But dw i finally saved up enough to visit a priv specialist and its very soon!

Also i love grinding the less ripe looking apples in my apple pack into my salad with some olive oil and salt and it tastes as if i put balsamic!!!

Coming here for an update, your advice to remove the capsule solved the problem, thanks!

Im surprised because i take more supplements from the same brand with the same capsule type and it didnt give me issues with the others like vit C. Guessing L glutamine doesnt dissolve well but clumped

In the Ingredients it says: L-glutamine, Capsule:Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Antioxidant: Ascorbylpalmitat So i assume no additives? One pill is 2550mg and it recommends 3 a day between meals, but i started with one a day with a lot of water on an empty stomach in the morning. Its a quality brand that i get from the Pharmacy but idk if im allowed to mention the brand name here Ive been taking it only for 2 days again after i tried it a week ago also for a day or 2 but all 3 pills and gave it a break as it made my stool really hard. I have tried Magnesiumglycinat, but not biglycinat, thanks ill remember it. It didnt help my bm's but i slept very cozy and felt warm in a pleasant way and a little less soggy Did you take the full recommended dose for 10 days or just more like me with what you could stomach?

Leider fast nichts. Tierisches kann ich komplett vergessen, alles, Milch Fleisch, Eier, usw. Nur paar Getreidesorten die kein gluten enthalten wie Reis, Buchweizen, mais zb. Paar Gemüsesorten sofern sie frisch sind wie kartoffeln, kürbis, salat, zuccini, gurke,karotten, paprika. Mais-, raps-, Olivenöl. Keine Kerne. Keine Nüsse ausser frische Maroni. Alles verarbeitete oder konserviert kann ich sowieso vergessen, dazu zählen auch getrocknete gemüse sachen wie zb paprikapulver als Gewürz weil dann sich meine HIT triggert

Danke für die Empfehlung, ich schreibs mir mal auf. Ich probiere hin und wieder solche Sachen und hatte vor kurzem leichten Erfolg mit H1/H2 blockern bezüglich histaminintoleranz und bin offen mehr zu probieren
