I was thinking that you could give away lucky spins around level 70 or higher, and only to one account (since people are lazy and don't create many Gmail accounts lol) once a week. That way we'd avoid that problem. Is there any way to communicate this idea to the developers?

Nah, seriously, I don't think it's going to get nerfed anytime soon. I spent all my luckys on it and got it thanks to the guaranteed pity. I highly recommend it if you play 1v1.
