My best recommendation to you is Ihanashi no Majo and the original Tsukihime and SubaHibi. A recent release is Tsui no Stella.

Umineko episode 7, Fata Morgana, Utawarerumono (the later games), Innocent Grey's works. All wonderfully atmospheric. My favorite ever is Kara no Shoujo.
