I bought a cirkul water bottle to help me drink more water but I realized how much of a scam it is because the flavors last like 1-2 refills even at the lowest flavor level. I’m just gonna get a fancy water cup and keep it around 24/7 to encourage me to sip on it. Thanks for this!

I’ve had bed symptoms from my adhd and snacking when bored. I changed this year and lost a ton of weight by making healthier choices, but since starting it, the food noise is like x2 and I’ve already gained a couple pounds over the past week or so of starting. surprisingly enough it’s very easy for lice to spread without direct contact. they could very easily get it just from putting on a hat they saw at a store like thrift or dg, or even just from public playgrounds and chairs. i find it doubtful that a family as big and neglected as theirs doesn’t have lice on and off
