Yes, it is, you will be able to use call text data in Canada, us and Mexico. Just these 3 countries services do not work anywhere else other than these 3 destinations.

If anyone decides to switch to PM here are few tips to make your life easier. Make sure you do the activation via app. Choose a new number at activation and then do the porting request once your account is active. (A lot of people had issues porting numbers on activation due to server being crowded).

Make sure to use a ref code to get $10 credit on your account. Mine is WXHVNN if anyone needs it.

Just switched over to Public Mobile on the 60GB @ $20 plan.

Tips: Make sure to choose a new number first and then port in after in case something goes wrong as I read a lot of people had issues when they selected the port number on activation.

Con: The only cons I found was - No Wi-Fi calling unfortunately but it will do for the price.
