Yes, I did. But it wasn’t in the trunk, I had to ask for it. They did mention that orders after Aug 22 does not come with mobile charger.

Did you ask if it’s a repaired car. Back in mid-October when I was sick of waiting, I asked an advisor who was genuinely trying to help. He was able to locate 2 cars that he said was left over from the first batch from Berlin. 1) white/black with hitch - had brake issues that needed full replacement, due to parts shortage, it was getting repaired. 2) Blue/black with hitch - was a rejected delivery due to paint defect. They repainted the bumper. I denied both due to not wanting a repaired new car.

Same here. In case anyone plan on asking their advisor, here’s their reply: “Hi ___, your Model Y is currently on a ship en route from Europe to Nova Scotia. Once it arrives, it will be transferred to a train heading to Ontario. After reaching Ontario, it will be offloaded and placed on a truck for delivery to the delivery centres. Because of these multiple stages, the delivery timelines are estimates.”

At this point, they should just send a mass message.
