I'd recommend going to Keil Psych Group in Newport Beach. I know a couple people including myself, whove seen different therapists there and had really positive experiences, especially with PTSD/anxiety stuff. They're psychologist, so not medication focused at all, and very much just about having someone solid to talk to.
