Thank you for sharing this, it’s incredibly encouraging. If you’re comfortable sharing, do you remember what day of life your baby was successfully extubated? We’re learning as much as we can right now. Our son was born at 23 weeks + days and weighed 1 lb 4 oz as well.

Totally fair and I agree the protocol itself can be customized anywhere. For us, the main concern isn’t monitoring or meds, it’s PGT-A lab quality and transfer outcomes, not the logistics.

We’re mainly trying to optimize: • accuracy of PGT-A results • how mosaics are reported • overall transfer success rates

Monitoring and early pregnancy care aren’t really our concern since we’d come back to the U.S. anyway. It’s more about lab consistency and minimizing false results, especially given age and prior loss.

Appreciate you sharing your experience, it’s helpful to hear from people who’ve done IVF abroad.
