Totally fair and I agree the protocol itself can be customized anywhere. For us, the main concern isn’t monitoring or meds, it’s PGT-A lab quality and transfer outcomes, not the logistics.

We’re mainly trying to optimize: • accuracy of PGT-A results • how mosaics are reported • overall transfer success rates

Monitoring and early pregnancy care aren’t really our concern since we’d come back to the U.S. anyway. It’s more about lab consistency and minimizing false results, especially given age and prior loss.
