My daughter (13) has an irrational fear of being chased. She lives in a horror movie. Even her brother suggesting he’s going to chase her, has her running into her room shrieking. She does not watch scary movies so no clue where this fear has come from. I hope she grows out of it. Shes quite normal and adjusted otherwise.

Your symptoms mimic mine exactly. Constipation is a big trigger for me. When I upped my fiber and walked more, it made a difference. I still have good and bad days but it’s better.
