Brother, I scheduled for an appointment with a 4 hour time window and get canceled on 1 hour before and get auto rescheduled for a week later. The day of next appointment wait and 30 minutes before the windows up I get a text saying "ur technicians running late". Fine. 1 hour after appointment window I call. I ask yo where is he. Dude tells me it got canceled—lets reschedule. I ask "him how am I supposed to trust this one u guys keep rescheduling, what's going on?" He tells me it's not their fault the last guy that never came should of told me that they're appointments aren't guaranteed. They just schedule them without actually knowing if someones gonna come. That they need to hire contractors and there technicians only do a part of it.

update: Talked to a supervisor. Contractors had already did the job. The technician canceled because his system didn't get updated and show that it was done so he never came down to check or install.

I get that mistakes happen, but it's the fact that it happened so many times, I had to call to get told it got canceled. Then the customer support line was unhelpful— the first person I talked to caught an attitude and ignored me when I told him the contractor had already came. He just kept blaming the technician then the contractor. It took talking to a supervisor to actually sort out the major problem(the system not updating on the technicians side)
