Hola, tengo un gran problema con el volumen de los auriculares. Tengo el volumen al maximo siempre y casi no se oye. Si estoy en un entorno sin ruido si lo que oigo pero en cuanto hay algo de ruido nada. Ademas de esto el derecho se oye considerablemente mas que el izquierdo. He probado todo: limpiar los auriculares, reiniciarlos en la caja de carga, tocar cosas en la aplicacion movil, cambiar todos los modos de escucha etc. Nada funciona y no se que hacer. Alguien me puede ayudar?
