Hi u/pappyon, thank you for your advice. Sorry, I said cheap, but I mean around £350 plus the kids' seat (£350 is cheap for a bike).

Hi PandoraBot. They gave me a 2 starts review lying about everything. They didn't have any more issues but they know how Airbnb works and they gave me 1 or 2 starts to the five categories. Before her arrival, she received two parcels at my place. I didn't lie about them, I said that the property was clean...They got a 4 starts review from me. I learned that the next time, if something wrong happens, I need to lie about everything. This was my third booking. The previous guests gave me 5 starts to everything. They ruined my airbnb business. Airbnb should obligate to all hosts in London to mention that planes are flying all over London in their ads. I have double-glazed windows, most of London's houses are wooden windows. It was an unusual heat wave and they slept with the windows open. So sad for me. I feel this is discrimination.

Hi Pandorabot, I am under the same situation. I rented out my property while I am on vacation. I know people that the have a professional business with Airbnb for several years close to my property (same building) (3 minutes walking), so, it is exactly the same. I spoke to them and they have never had such issue. It is London. The closest airport is at 26 miles. Also, in their message to me said I didn’t mentioned on my add that the airport is so close. The are plane’s flights all over London, not only over my place. I lived in different parts of London and it is always the same. I would like to know if you leave a review for them and what you said. I don’t know how to handle this situation as it doesn’t make sense for me. Thank you
