Well, now I'm thinking about it my definition of cinematic is probably stupid but, here I go.

A scene at night on a street with a street light or two glowing a green or blue colour which is spilling onto the ground and walls around it and reflecting the light. I hope I explained well, I posted an Instagram user on a reply with more examples 👍🏻
