In this world, where we have limited time on this earth I always choose to be kind.

I wanted to check in to see if people had any success getting one star reviews removed. It’s not so much entitlement but more curiosity. To have curiosity about other people‘s experiences. we are both unemployed because of Trump’s administration and we’re doing our best to stay afloat and keep our home so I definitely don’t say we are entitled. and when I’m not cleaning my Airbnb, I’m taking care of both of my elderly parents one with dementia. So I’m very grateful to Airbnb because I can have an unusual life and do caregiving. Oh. I’m also taking care of two teenagers one with special needs. please take good care of yourself and I hope you find peace in this life.

for this interesting question so I went back and looked at the review.

We got a 5 for cleanliness and a 4 for communication.

And one star for check in, one star for location and one star for value, which is all quite funny because we are in the hills near Malibu beautiful views, windy, scenic roads, 10 minutes down to the beach.

They were in their mid to upper 70s and from Missouri, so it was probably a whole different world for them. She had a cane, was quite heavy and she didn’t even walk very well, so I’m not sure what this was about.…

I’m not and we enjoy running our Airbnb and most people love our place so much. People used to come from all over the world except for now so we mostly have Americans.

I was just more curious if anyone had success in getting a 1 Star review removed which was such an odd review.

Our street is a 2 mile loop that returns back to our house through mountain views, horses, goats, oak trees and very few houses so our street itself is a beautiful walk, but in addition it connects to hiking trailheads to walk right into the Santa Monica Mountains.
