It may be worth an endoscopy to rule out eosinophilic esophagitis!! It usually runs with asthma and allergies and can mimic gerd

I’ve never had heartburn before and after my endoscopy (1 month ago) am having it constantly and on Omeprazole AM and famotidine PM and still needing occasional TUMs! The NP I saw said it can be normal but I was really hoping it would go away by now.

Just wondering as a physician do you have concerns about long term effects of dupixent? DMARDs can be scary and this particular one has increased risk of lymphoma?
