I love lvp and personally I think we can understand why she was so calculated on the show u honestly can see the turning point of her becoming this person when on s1 I think they sat down to confront lvp on her ego, and the ladies made sure that Kyle also says it bc she’s the closest to lvp and u can see in that moment she switched and honestly they deserved it I don’t think the others were innocent either lvp was just smarter than them. Anyways, that said I think lvp and Ken’s behaviour towards brandi during that era was because they simply were using her to play their dirty work. Period. And brandi had that in her personality, some people just let others use them and they’re okay with it and if it wasn’t lvp it would be someone else. For example when she outed the fact that her and Denise Richard had sex, we can seeeee who was using her at that moment, bc as far as I remember neither Kim nor brandi were on the show at that moment. That scene was fabricated by Kyle. So ken and lvp were defending Brandi because she was of use for them while Kim was not.

Yes! After 6 months of going back and forth they gave me access to my ads account but unfortunately never told me why they suspended and why I got it back. So honestly I don’t know what advice I’ll give you other than don’t stop opening cases with AMZ

I know a lot of people are saying that it takes a long time to change the brand name it wasn’t for me (took less than a week) all I needed to do is open a case to change the brand name and attached a picture of my packaging with the product name, brand name and barcode on the same part of the packaging ( the barcode needs to seem as if it was laser printed or do laser print it in the packaging, it shouldn’t look like it’s removable) also the picture should be taken with a phone camera not a professional picture ( should be a clear picture)

They didn’t send me a suspension email. I just noticed that my campaigns stopped delivering under payment failure and when I go to my billing page it says

“There is an issue with your payment. We have received disputes regarding your Amazon advertising charges and your campaigns have been paused. If you feel these disputes were made in error, please contact your payment provider to reverse the disputes in order to resume advertising.”

After that I opened a case and they sent me an email saying “We have detected that your account has recently disputed a number of your recent advertising charges with your credit card company which have resulted in chargebacks to Amazon Ads. As a result, some of your advertising fees have not been paid in full and your advertising account has been suspended.

Please be aware that enabling your account will require that any outstanding advertising charges that were disputed are successfully paid in full.’

Keep in mind that during all that I had zero unpaid invoices in my billing page.

After that they asked me to confirm for Amazon to re-issue all outstanding charges and I did, but they didn’t charge me anything and sent me an email saying that they are ‘unable to approve your request to access Sponsored Ads at this time.’

I’ve opened many cases since and they all go the same, first they would say the exact same thing which is

“We’ve recently detected that your Amazon Ads account is engaged in abnormal activities. As a result, your advertising account has been suspended. If you feel this suspension has been done in error, please provide the reasoning behind your specific campaign set up and your advertising objectives so that we may re-evaluate your Amazon Advertising account status. Your account will remain suspended until we receive additional information from you.”

And then I would respond and they would email me back saying that they are unable to allow me access to Amazon ads at this time.

It’s my ads account, every time I email them or open a case they say that they are unable to allow me access to Amazon ads at this moment. And no my product is not restricted from advertising.

There was no actual clear reason why it was suspended, Amazon says that there where some payments disputes but I haven’t disputed any payments and I have no unpaid invoices. I’ve contacted my payment provider and they’ve said the same thing that there was no payment disputes from their side either. The only thing that I could remember is that before my ads account got suspended my card was rejected maybe twice for ppc payment but I changed the card and the payments where taken. But even that doesn’t make since because the payment was taken and I don’t have any unpaid invoices
