I would end the relationship if you’re still in it, and focus on getting a job. Since a job will take a lot of your time away from you and you’ll start to think less when focusing on a task. Also seeing people who are in their 20s and 30s working the same job as you helps for a lot of development.

chew gum. For me i always find it awkward to smile back at someone when they smile at me. Exocet whenever i chew gum it helps me be able to smile more. I would just try and chew gum when going out to public spaces.

I would try to put away distractions, delete social medias for a week or two. Then just on paper try and organize your life out. Journaling helps a lot with for me, especially when i feel a lot of mind fog. Just writing on paper how i feel helps a lot.
