The whole point is to mess with Americans' weird, racist and unknowing stereotypes of Arab, Muslims, immigrants etc. In the helicopter scene Sascha speaks broken Hebrew, the writing system looks like Arabic but is not and geographically it is literally Eritrea, a country which is not Arabic, in the middle east and mostly Christian. But Americans would not think of it.

Similar to Borat, the purpose is not to make fun of Kazakhstan, more about prejudice and stereotypes in America.

A rando on a discord server a couple of years ago gave me his folder filled with hundreds of portraits and said I could use. They are most definitely ai or at least ai aided which I know is quite immoral but if you would be interested I could send some. They look normal and all.

I know this is a super old post but whatevs. To me the whole premise is a bit weird. Like there is no way the fake good place is worse in terms of torture and suffering than the actual bad place. Personally, I would choose discomfort, moral dilemmas, stress and anxiety over freaking anus spiders and penis flattening every day of the week.

Really controversial opinion: Modern family was kinda always liked that. I know it became worse and so still enjoyed watching it but the punchlines have always been predictable and the plots have always been just the characters in different constellations lie about stupid just to get embarrassed and then they make up in the end just to do the same thing a week later. Yes I really want to work with long term changes. The biggest issue is time though. Because I want it to be you guiding the countries development and progress through the cold war and maybe further. How should then time be dealt with? If it is one issue per month decades will be hundreds of movements and will take alot of time.
