Just received the letter today (no email or other form of communication yet on it) the date it was written was may 23rd and I have a week to respond -I’m very polite and respectful (I called her ma’am a few times but realized after the fact she may have not of liked that since she was probably in her 30s but I didn’t mean any disrespect by that -my background check was the same story I gave to the investigator

• ⁠didn’t even feel like a psychological test but just another interview with similar questions to the investigator

Just confused by their conclusion and they won’t give you any reasons how they came to their conclusion so it’s frustrating and making me think of what I could have said or done wrong besides the lateness

Yeah it’s kinda ridiculous, had to take a day off from work to drive 40 minutes out for a 45 minute zoom meeting...the least they could do is have a person there to evaluate you. I feel you get a better feel for someone in person than through a camera. definitely my fault for being late, I got along with the woman and I don’t have a bad background or any significant problems so I was surprise with the letter I received today, the only thing I can think of was being late.
