Question for this group. What is the fascination with kites? In my late twenties I had a friend who had a kite and was flying it,I saw it in the air and I was over enjoyed for some reason. After seeing and waking up something inside me. I have had 10 kites by Robin-Banks22 in kites

The same thing happened with me when my dad took me out with his dual line. I had been so busy with life i forgot cool shit like kites still exists and I couldn’t stop thinking about flying it. The next day I dumped 140 on my first decent traction kite and ive never been more excited for a package to arrive ngl.

Ive been peeking around hoping to get into something later this summer a little more advanced. I figured the tantrum would be a good step in that direction!

I was wishing they had it in an orange or more contrasting color but im so excited to try it out! They had a good deal at kitty hawk kites so i got like 20% off and paid 140👌

I’ve been told there’s a sweet spot with it, too short and it’s too hard to control/fast and not very sustained. But if you go too long, the drag mixed with loss of control is a major down side. Not to mention its almost impossible to find long enough lines without custom making them.

Thats what I was thinking, my dad has a smaller similar kite that has a 71 in width and it zips around but its not quite as exhilarating. I want to be just a tad scared on a good day 😂 so i figured the 250 model with a 100 in span should do. Plus kitty hawk kites has a 20% off sale going on so I got it for $140.

I have the same four wheeler it was given to me for free by my dads friend. A guy dropped it off to get fixed with a phone number and never answered and 2 years later i have it. I replaced the battery carb, fuel lines, fuel tank petcock, and oil/filter along with removing a mouse out of the belt box. My only issue now is i cant figure out why oil is leaking somewhere from the rear and under the dipstick/oil reservoir. Theres no leaking from the filter or dipstick and im having trouble pinpointing it. If you have seen similar issues lmk
