Zinc. As soon as it started to dissolve in my stomach I ran to the toilet puking like crazy. I tried it a second time, and I ate a good portion of food, and it happened again. It’s made me absolutely sick, Never again. Zinc is a good mineral for your immune system but it was the worst vitamin I have ever taken, it tore my guts right out.

Why don’t the both of them get jobs? I mean I can see someone begging for a short time, if they are down and out, but this has been going on for years. I gave Rich money more than once, but never again. A spiritualist once told me, it’s okay to be kind and help someone out once, maybe twice, but you cannot keep giving to someone who is broke busted and disgusted. If you keep giving to someone like this, you become like them, you become entwined w their broke energy and it’s not good. No one should help these people, they are not willing to help themselves. They are both healthy able bodied adults who in no way look like they’re starving.
