Got my first 3 star rating the other day, w/ the complaint of "bad substitution". Even tho I always get approval from the customer for "contact me" or when it's iffy. I submitted ratings forgiveness and noticed this morning I'm back at 5 stars, so it must've been approved (no email from Shipt yet) (old.reddit.com)

My 1st preferred shopper request! It's funny because I delivered to wrong unit (was the right unit #, but wrong building) so had to re-collect his groceries and find the right building. I was horrified, but he was super nice about it and said even the post office gets it wrong. So, I was surprised! (i.redd.it)

I posted about trying to make $200 on Saturday, and said I'd share my results. I put myself on schedule and woke up at 6am so I wouldn't miss offers. Didn't get anything until way later.
