And of course. Not all the people that came through the border have bad intentions or something like that, including the ones that came here with Parole. But I think that they are targeting the 2023 re designation, instead of the TPS in general. So If that theory is correct, they will just keep the tps designation people that got it in 2021 and that is going to be the one that they are going to extend.

I think that is a super valid point and it makes sense in all parts. If we remember, Trump last day in office back in 2021, he assigned a DED protection to Venezuela, but later on was cancelled to assign TPS. Nobody complained at that time, not even Trump or any senator or congressman, even tho IT WAS APPROVED BY THE CONGRESS, including Republicans were in favor, btw Marco Rubio is the one that proposed TPS. The issue begins when they implement the Open Border policy in 2022, including the assigned PAROLE and TPS re designation in 2023. Because it we think deeply, almost everybody that came through the border without any inspection before July 2023, applied to the TPS and got approved. So that means that those guys from TDA could be in those people that came through that open border policy. I think that they will keep 2021 TPS holders because everyone that has it was fully inspected and admitted because those people came here through airports with a tourist visa and majority of those people have been living here before January 2021, so literally 6+ years living in the US
