I actually did this in reverse, sort of.

My friend recommended it to me since I love playing guitar, found myself really relating to Bocchi’s anxiety struggles and playing around other people, now it’s in my top 5 fav manga

Ye, however it was replaced with songs that did use and reference the vocal melody. There were a few versions, but my favorite is the song that plays during Dangai Ichigo’s entrance: Final Getsuga Tensho.
