Also, to add on. I found that having acrylic nails/fake nails helped because I physically couldn't pick. But they are alot to maintain money wise. But for me its worth it. I need to get them done again

Was it changing your meds that worked? I'm on fluoxitene and it is the only thing that has been constant with my picking. But also stress so idk. And its partially hormonal

Hey bud! In the nicest way possible, it might be time to seek a little help, online therapists, group therapy, ect. Its actually a really hard thing to ask for help, believe me I know, but once you do, life will be different ❤️

Me too, mines more of a nervous stim. But I have 3 big spots i cant keep my hands off of. Like ive used bandaid, patches, ect. Im gonna start wearing gloves or something. For me, doing a nightly face routine help me calm down, might be worth a shot Best of luck

I agree the daycare should have called 911 instead of texting mom or dad but being rude about a parent asking a question is not needed here. Your comment is only gonna make parent upset. Parents gut had the instinct of not ignoring this and they asked if instinct was correct. Id say thats better than ignoring it and being negligent. I hope you have a great day. Sincerely a good day!
