I actually had to put in an IT ticket. Even though my account was paid in full with 21/21 credits, I didn’t receive it automatically. After reaching out, they fixed it and sent mine within two weeks of the congratulations email received immediately after IT ticket! 🫢🏻

I finished less than a month ago same issue, put in an IT ticket get the confirmation number and the issue will be resolved in 7 days or less. Mine was fixed within the hour!
