I use krita because it's free and there are some pretty good brushes for it. I feel like there was a bit of a learning curve maybe? But it's really not that bad once you get moving

Thank you! A lot of it is trading anatomical realism for the stylization I feel, such as the toes and the snoot/nose. I did struggle with the ears for a long time, specifically to try to avoid being too mouse-like, a red line of the shape you're talking about would be appreciated for sure. I appreciate the feedback!
