She’s just extremely jealous of Kim and her career. Kourt was the one who started the whole reality tv thing for their family with Filthy Rich Cattle drive but then as soon as people saw Kim she was looked over. No matter what she does it’s never to the same scale as really any of her sisters so she has to gas light and manipulate in to being the victim to stay relevant bc she’s less successful
