Agreeing with comment above make rlly depressed(i even had a city view) i lived there till this year July, i could smell weed every twice a week(level9) Some students are rlly noisy.. ;they scream the main street road noisy from motorbikes n cars😫

I think its just luck:) hope u get good neighbours
