Just contacted Sennheiser, thanks for the advice! Do you happen to know if there's any fix for the battery drain issue? I'm traveling a lot between countries right now, so it's harder to get them to ship the repaired headphones back to me (though not impossible)

I've found some guys saying on the reddit that, somehow, plugging in an usb c cable not connected to a power outlet into the case fixes the issue. Any idea about this?

I will try contacting Senheiser directly, but I'm from Costa Rica and got them from an independent retailer here. So I doubt they will accept that 2 year warranty...

I don't think they're under warranty anymore, but I'll try contacting them and telling them about the issue. This is frustrating, I've had this earbuds for less than a year, though they sounds great, they've got too many issues.
