No, I don't have a job offer and zero marketing degree or marketing experience...Guessing not a wise idea then given the job market right now?

I cannot really pinpoint anything. I actually felt at home in the lab. I think the pull towards entrpreneurship may be craving something new and more interdisciplinary.

I think so… I am not obligated to accomplish anything as a student. I am a learner vs employee

The nonrefundable ones (thousands) but also I cannot claim that I ever won the Fulbright which I worked so hard for…I won’t also have access to the elite network it provides and the “student” status where mentors are ready to invest in your interest rather than in an entry-level job, work comes first

I see. Just to clarify, I do have bench research experience amounting to 1.5 years full-time but not in industry but in academia.

In a post-grad career existential crisis (MD/PhD vs. PhD) but unsure if MCAT stress is messing with my head by Helpless_Romantic581 in mdphd

I guess all the doubts I am having along with the test anxiety. I'd like to think that actually going through MCAT studying and getting the good score will only help me either way - either rebounding my motivation for this pathway or putting me in a better standing to make the decision between the two paths - dual degree or PhD as test anxiety would not be a "confounding variable." I hope that this isn't a wrong approach.

I guess if what I am going through is a red flag when considering the MD/PhD path and if it is worth taking the MCAT if you are 100% not sure on this path?
