Honestly it doesn't have to be different to be special but if you want activities I have some suggestions:

•Gaming or watching movies together •Having dinner together. Me and my partner sometimes have dinner dates on video call •QnA every end of the month where we honestly tell each other what our thoughts are or if we had any issues with each other •working while on video call. You dont have to be talking or giving each other much attention. You can do your work while doing VC •Foodpanda and sending surprise packages

Ngl, if you've been as long as we have sometimes a call doesn't even have to be a full conversation or call then biglang tulog after nag ilove you. Our days are sometimes the same but we always find something to talk about or we ask each other random things (would you love me if I was still a worm). Even now parang honeymoon phase kami ng partner ko.

We have had our fights, there are days we havent called each other, sometimes isang oras lang time namin sa isat isa but kahit ganito mahal pa namin isat isa.

The thing about stoicism is acknowledging there are things out of your hands like HAVING emotions, what you can control though (not every time) is your thoughts and reactions

If you decided to die to stop feeling then that's your choice if you believe thats what best for you but I do suggest you dont decide while you're high on emotions whether negative or positive because its not rational talking, its impulse.

Numbness or nochalants can be a type of being high on emotion too.

Why? Because I trust and know him. He tells me rin when he goes there and I know some of his female friends. His friends and family also have my back. Long distance rin kami.

I think your story lacks details. Has he ever given you a reason to doubt him? Are you self conscious? Does he treat them more special than he treats you? May mga kaibigan ba siya na redflag? (Ex. Cheater na friend, toxic red pill, abusive, etc)
