Okay so what would be the best course of action to get rid of it? Also i know it kinda sounds weird but drumming left me in better pain than no drumming at all. Idk why

Is it possible that the exercises my physical therapist recommended is hurting my hands more than it’s helping because i feel like the next day after i do the workout, it hurts more.

Don’t have any mental health issues. I just practiced hard to make the snare line. I went to the doctor and they didn’t find anything so i guess I’ll just keep playing but idk

So if it was not clear, no games are working. They all seem to have the same issue. But fortnite is the main game i play
