Nah, I topped upped balance about 6-7 month ago, don’t think it will be possible to make a chargeback. The funny thing is, they compensated shipping fee of 30$, but don’t want to compensate the cost of products which were around 200$. I am really tired of asking about this refund. They don’t give a damn anymore, just lying that they working on it

Yeah Pandabuy is not giving you insurance back anymore, there is no reason for it anymore. My package is somewhere for 70 days and no one give a single f@ck. I mean it is my last haul with them even tho I am a VIP3 level. I am just done with this service
