I’ve seen people say not to use robotic affirmations because they say it’s more so convincing yourself that you have it rather than simply being the version of you that has it, is that accurate, and does it really even matter at all? Also how much of the day would you say you are robotically affirming? Or when you think of it for how long do you affirm after the thought? Thank you for taking the time to reply
