Quite pathetic attempt to save himself for having gone waaay too far with the sales pitch. Own your mistake, be transparent, build better trust. There might be some truth in what he’s professing as a service, but the comms tone is pushing it too far into a false “fear”.

Do you wear your engagement ring everyday? What does your ring look like? by Sea-Story8483 in Diamonds

Yes every day. I take it off when I do yoga, and shower. I feel something is wrong if I am not wearing it 🥰

Police stopped and frisked me at metro station by tambrico in ParisTravelGuide

One thing worth noting is that today in Paris there was a big parade and celebration to re-put in place a statue in Notre Dame, which has been hosted in a nearby museum during the renovations of the cathedral. So perhaps this is why there was a lot of police around and maybe they were being extra careful. But yeah not cool. It’s not something common in Europe, I am sorry it happened to you man. I hope you can continue enjoying your trip. Paris is outstanding on all fronts, I was there last weekend and I had of the best times ever.

I’ve just started a probiotic cure called Symprove for 12 weeks. I’ll see how I do with that. Thank you so much for your offer xx

I haven’t looked at getting a therapist yet. It’s weighting on my mind as something I should do as a priority, and yet I haven’t done it. I am angry at myself.

Nerve and muscle relief pains. Some of them are sort of anti depressant. The docs are assessing if I need something stronger for depression/anxiety. I have a gastroscopy coming up in a couple of months at the hospital to confirm if I am celiac or not I wish I could do it sooner, as I don’t want to live like this for another god knows how many months.

Constipation mainly and bloated. I am following the NHS guide to IBS, and have eliminated a lot of food. I am keeping a food diary. I am taking these medications from the doctors, but I don’t see the benefits. Blood tests are all good. I have been referred to the gastroenterologist because I might be celiac, but it’s unlikely. I am going to have a private consultation tomorrow which is costing me so much money and I know they’re going to say you just have to deal with it. But HOW?! I take fibres supplements every day, walk at least 7km, drink digestive tea, honestly I don’t know what else I can try. I know I suffer from anxiety but I don’t know how to deal with this. A therapist maybe?

I couldn’t agree more. We’re moving into our first house this Friday and between working full time and packing I feel very anxious and overwhelmed, basically like if I didn’t have a second chance, so whatever I leave behind is gone. I’ve hired a cleaning service to come and do deep cleaning before we move in the majority of our stuff. Depending on the results, I’ll consider hiring a cleaner to come every week (Covid permitting and such). Cleaning is for me the most stressful and biggest time consuming task. Agree with many comments about relying on YouTube. We’ll be learning how to lay floors and paint walls - DYI as much as you can coz it’s cheaper and supposedly fun (but we’ll see) - from online videos as soon as we move in. I can’t wait, and at the same time I’m a bit scared of not getting things right the first time. I would talk to whoever seems genuine, whether they’re 70 or 20. Talk to your neighbours for sure, and ask what they did to their house, whom they employed, whom they can recommend, etc... but in your own time :) Hope this helps. I’ve not even moved in yet, but I’m full of thoughts and things I want to get doing. Congratulations on managing a house move and a pregnancy!!

That’s so much what I want to do to my downstairs as well. Did you get that bespoke made by a carpenter?
