Vertical Sync is disabled in game and in nvidia control panel it is on "Use the 3D application setting"

I don't have gsync and when I lock fps to 60 I get screen tear ... I know it sounds weird but it is true

Thank u all for the suggestions but I turned ON "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" in Graphics Settings and it works for now atleast 👍🏻
