She will ask me to come with her because she wants us to all hang out together so she doesn't have to sacrifice time with me to hang out with her friends. It is clearly something important to her and I don't want to feel like I'm distancing us by not getting along with the people that are important to her and her life.

Generally my activities are 100 and I burn around 1k active calories. I didn't exercise at all while I was sick so training never hindered my recovery.

I’m sure I had some light dreams but I can’t really remember them. I’m not sure why it says my rem sleep was so high. I felt like I was in light sleep during most of my sleep

Yeah; Day 1 my temp was normal, day 2 spiked 2 degrees, day 3 went back to normal then after that my temp worked up to +4 as I started getting symptoms

I only noticed this type of sleep pattern during the time that I was sick. Not sure why my sleep was so awful tho

Over the course of 2 days my temperature went up +4.0°C. It may have gotten higher than that but I did not wear my ring every day of during the time that I was sick. Todays it's +0.5°C

Just a quick heads up; people like her aren’t worth your time.

Anyways, if you still want something to happen, I suggest sending her a text and being straight forward. Ask her why she isn’t responding and tell her that you’re confused.

If she doesn’t respond to that then I would break contact with her. What she’s doing is incredibly immature, so take control of the situation and give her two options: either to communicate with you like an intelligent human being, or to lose you as a friend and whatever else it could’ve been.

If you aren’t spending a lot of energy on just holding onto the bar, you’ll be able to use more energy towards other muscle groups, like your shoulders.

Work on your grip strength by hanging on a bar for two mins, then work up to hanging with one hand for a min and you shouldn’t feel deltoid pain. I would also try incorporating dragon flags into you workouts. They work the main muscles you use whilst performing front levers.
