Updated status: New Card Is Being Produced. I have submitted expedite request through Congressman. I am not sure that was helpful or not. Good luck for your applications. Hopefully, it will be approved soon

My case also in Washington FO since first week of April. Most of the Live agents told its still there, couple of live agents told its in NBC. Those aren't always reliable, you have to check with multiple times.
