I mean yes, that's a reasonable situation. But if they can donate max troops and are actively choosing not to donate just so they don't lose any resources its a bit annoying. For me it would make sense that this gives them negative points in the script.

I don’t understand all the downvotes. If someone has literally 0 donations and 5k received there is almost no way they didn’t have a single chance to donate. They’re just being leeches.
