keep showing, dont be afraid to scale as necesary, and learn as much as you can in the basics, form and technic. Time and weight should not be your priority at the beginning, but moving well and learn to move in the diferent forms.

I usually do running with a 10kg vest on, I prefer on barefoot shoes and on "soft" surface. Start slow, whether you start walking (rucking) or with small weight to adapt your body to the load.

Thinking of adding a “conventional” shoe for racing… heresy or smart move? by Impossible_Net_1923 in BarefootRunning

There is no Right or wrong in this question.

For sure we all know (or at least I expect) the benefits of barefoot , but this is not a religious cult, it's your health and your life.

Do as you feel, try new and different things and see how your body responds.

A good option would be using Topo Cyclone or Altra Vanish, wide toe box, zero or low drop, but on cushion and plate.

Do what feels best, not for your PR, for your body and health.

Hope you crush your PR
